Understand what is happening
We slow down the pressure, identify what is underneath the surface, and make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that keep repeating.
Online therapy for adults in New York, New Jersey, and Florida
Feeling overwhelmed, pulled in too many directions, or disconnected from yourself? Therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down, understand what is keeping you stuck, and begin moving forward with more confidence.
Welcome
Whether you are navigating big transitions, relationship challenges, or emotional ups and downs, therapy can be a powerful place to reconnect with yourself. Together, we will explore your strengths, clarify your goals, and move toward healing and authenticity.
I am a Russian-English speaking licensed psychotherapist with over 8 years of clinical experience. Having personally navigated cultural transitions while raising two young children and managing a full professional life, I understand how hard it can be to feel centered.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I specialize in anxiety, depression, communication and relationship issues, coping skills, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting, and stress.
Approach
Therapy that combines emotional insight with practical tools for everyday life.

I use an integrative, pragmatic approach anchored in mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Committment Therapy (ACT).
We clarify goals, notice progress, and adjust the work so therapy remains responsive to your life rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
Areas of Focus
